By registering for any iDancEmotions FreQ Mode program, service, or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility & Participation
iDancEmotions FreQ Mode group sessions are designed for adults who are able to participate safely in somatic based, movement oriented experiences. Group offerings may specify age ranges or eligibility requirements, which must be met at the time of registration.

Participants are responsible for honoring their own physical, emotional, and mental limits and are encouraged to modify movements as needed. You agree to take full responsibility for your participation and wellbeing throughout the program.

Nature of Services
iDancEmotions FreQ Mode group services are somatic practices that integrate movement, embodiment, psychoeducation, and nervous system based approaches. These services are not a substitute for emergency mental health care, medical treatment, diagnosis, or psychiatric services.

If you are currently experiencing severe mental health symptoms or are in crisis, please seek immediate professional support.

Payment & Registration
Payment in full is required at the time of booking or registration. Your space in a group or session is not confirmed until payment is received. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Venmo, PayPal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled individual session or group start date are eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee, unless the session is rescheduled within the same week. No refunds are provided for missed group sessions or unused portions of group
programs.

Attendance & Commitment
For group programs, consistent attendance is strongly encouraged to support group safety, continuity, and the therapeutic process. Late arrivals or early departures may disrupt the group experience.

Confidentiality
iDancEmotions FreQ Mode is committed to maintaining a safe and confidential environment. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all group members by not disclosing personal information shared during sessions outside of the group.

Assumption of Risk & Release
Participation in movement based and somatic practices involves inherent physical and emotional risks. By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release iDancEmotions FreQ Mode from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

Code of Conduct
iDancEmotions FreQ Mode reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or not aligned with the values of respect, consent, and community care, without refund.
